Dad,
I’m so proud to have had you as my father. You taught me many things and great life lessons. I know that we sometimes had our differences and did not always see eye to eye. That was my fault it’s no secret you always favored the girls, and I feel P.J got you at your best as a kid. So I rebelled, not cause I didn’t love you I just felt I didn’t get enough of you! That’s why I am so happy that in recent years we were able to rebuild our relationship. You were able to see me turn a new leaf in my life and know you were proud of me! We will all miss you greatly and I consider myself fortunate to have spent the last moments of your life by your side!
Love, Matt
