Robert R. Stanchi, Jr.
Family & friends are invited to attend a Memorial Funeral Mass on Wednesday, September 11th at 11 a.m. in St. Anthony of Padua Church, 250 Revere St., Revere for Robert R. Stanchi, Jr. , who died on Friday, September 6th at the Chelsea Soldiers’ Home Chelsea, following a long illness. Born & raised in Boston’s North End, he attended Boston Schools & lived with his family in Boston’s North End, until moving to Revere in 1955. He served with the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict for about 4 years. He was a machine operator & fence installer for several area construction companies. He was a long time member of St. Anthony of Padua Parish & also was a long time member of the Joseph Mottollo Post #4524 of Revere. He was the beloved son of the late, Robert R. , Sr. & Mary (Sicurello) Stanchi. He is the dear brother of the late Richard R. & Carmen A. Stanchi. He is the loving brother-in-law of Rachel E. Stanchi of Wilmington & the late Erna M. Stanchi. He is the cherished uncle to Michelle M. Stanchi of Wilmington, Michael R. Stanchi & his wife Kathryn “Kate” of Winthrop & Conrad Dampolo & his wife Elizabeth of Saugus. He is also lovingly survived by several cousins. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
