Carol DeMaino Spavento contacted me with this sad news. I just wanted to say how much Cathy meant to all of us growing up with her. She was a dear friend and lives so clearly in my fondest memories. She was sweet, funny, kind, gentle. quieter than me for sure, and we all loved her very much..Our time spent together, and there was a lot of time , was so filled with joy and camraderie in the Reveries and just here and there at the Ginsburg’s house, with the Salvaggios , and on all our many trips over the years with the drum corps and mutual friends..I could go on and on but I will end this by wishing her joy and peace in this next journey. She remains with us all..RIP Cathy…we love you …..Sincerest condolences to her family……
