A Funeral Service will follow the visitation in the Funeral Home at 1:15 pm. Interment will be private.
Ruth was born on November 20th, 1962. She was afflicted with epilepsy as a young girl, as well as throughout her life. She never allowed her disabilities take away her beautiful charm & spirit to live. She was educated in several schools, and she made many friends were ever she was. When she was out & about with her mom or family she was always very social and outgoing and full of life. Ruthy lived in North Reading for about 20 years before moving to Medford to the CHS Group Home. She was loved and cared for there. Ruthy enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles and collecting her many stuffed animals. She was a Mini Mouse fanatic. She loved her bling and was very much a “Girly Girl”. Her family loved & cared for Ruth tremendously, she would spend many weekends home with her mom, Shirley, each other’s best pals. Her presence will be greatly missed, but she will be forever loved by all who knew her.
She is the loving & treasured daughter of Shirley McLaughlin & Henry P. McLaughlin of Woburn. Cherished sister of Russel K. Molliver of Woburn, Andrea J. Molliver of Gloucester, Michael E. Molliver of Walpole, Eileen J. McLaughlin of Andover, Noreen Gorham & husband Richard of Billerica & the late Brian H. McLaughlin. She is the dear aunt of 10 nieces & nephews. She is also lovingly survived by several aunts, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Epilepsy Foundation New England, 650 Suffolk Street #405, Lowell, MA 01854.
Sharing in your loss and keeping Shirley and your entire family in our thoughts and prayers. It was impossible not to love Ruthie and we are happy to have shared many special occasions with her throughout the years. May God Bless her and keep her. No doubt there is a special place for her!
