Ann B. (Connery) Belmonte
Family & friends are invited to attend Visiting Hours on Monday, June 5th from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Vertuccio & Smith, Home for Funerals, 773 Broadway (Rte. 107) REVERE, for Ann B. (Connery) Belmonte, who died following a lengthy & tedious illness on Wednesday, May 31, 2017. Her funeral will be conducted from the Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 6th at 10:00 a.m. followed by the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will immediately follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
Born & raised in Revere, she was a 1952 alumna of Immaculate Conception High School in Revere and continued onto Hickox Secretarial College in Boston, where she graduated in 1954. She would have 10 year plus career with the Federal Reserve Bank as a Senior Bookkeeper. She left the bank in 1967 & then became a stay-at-home mom & later returned to the work-force in October of 1985. At that time, she began working with the Broadway National Bank an account executive, until October of 1997. She enjoyed her retirement for the sake of her family and her extended family. She was most especially fond of her time with her two grandsons, Andrew & Matthew. Although her illness took her on a very long but not so much happy journey, Ann met the “ups and downs” with determination, courage & tons of fortitude.
She is the beloved wife of the late Anthony Belmonte, who passed in January of 1985. She is the cherished mother of Judith A. Jaroncyk and her husband Christopher of North Reading & Tamara M. Belmonte of Wellesley Hills. She is the adored grandmother to Andrew C. & Matthew R. Jaroncyk, both of North Reading. She is the dear sister to the late Ret. Revere Fire Chief James F. Connery, Marie LaPointe, Jeannette DiPietro, Daniel W., Francis E. “Frank” & William P. Connery. She is also lovingly survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces & grand-nephews.
Judy and Tammy,
So sorry for the loss of your mother. I remember when she and your father attended Cursillo in the seventies. I am sure she is now with Jesus whom she gave her life to then and I pray the you and your loved ones are also in relationship with Him.
Love,
Jeanette
I am sorry for the loss of your beloved Mother and Grandmother.
Love
Ann
