Anna “Annie” (Rogowicz) Novick

Family & friends are invited to attend Visiting Hours in the Vertuccio & Smith, Home for Funerals, 773 Broadway, Revere on Wednesday, May 22nd, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., for Anna “Annie” (Rogowicz) Novick, who died peacefully at her home in Saugus, after a long illness, she was 96 years old. A Funeral Service will be conducted in the funeral home at 11:15 a.m., immediately followed by interment in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
Annie was born & raised in East Boston and was a graduate of East Boston High School. Annie was a very dedicated wife and loving mother. She raised her family in Lynn and then later in Saugus. Family was the hallmark of her life and later she enjoyed the gift of being a grandmother. She was also a woman of tremendous faith. She was a devoted parishioner of Sacred Heart Church in Lynn for many years and St. Margaret’s Church in Saugus. Annie had worked for several years as a health aide at the Don Orione Home in East Boston for several years. Her long life was filled with many loving & cherished memories of being surrounded by her family.
She is the wife of the late Stanley A. Novick. Loving mother of Diane Tremblay & her husband Robert of Lawrence, Linda M. Macione & her husband Daniel J. of Peabody & Jane A. Petrola of Saugus and her late husband Albert Petrola. Cherished grandmother of Daniel J. Macione, Jr. & wife Kendra of Merrimac, Ryan Macione & wife Amber of Salem, Matthew J. Macione & his fiancé Meltem Demirors of Brooklyn, NY, Manchester N.H. Police Detective Robert Tremblay & his wife Amy of Hooksett, NH & Ann Marie Tremblay of Lawrence. She is the adored great grandmother of Mattias, Fiona & Oliver Macione & Robby, Olivia & Hannah Tremblay. She is the dear sister of the late Julia A. Palladino, James Rogowicz, Joseph Rogowicz, Stella Mangino, Charles Rogowicz & Helen Scaramella. She is also lovingly survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces & grandnephews.
