Born in Boston, he was raised in Revere and attended Revere High School. He worked for many years as a laborer with various construction companies in the area. He had a love for building and thrived in the construction business due to his enjoyment and the satisfaction he received from the work he did. He loved his family and always looked up to his father and his mother was his best friend. As a brother, Franco always looked out for his sisters and tried to protect them since he was a young boy.
