Marilyn E. (Kehoe) Carroll

Family & friends are invited to attend Visiting Hours on Thursday, June 6th from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., in the Vertuccio & Smith, Home for Funerals, 773 Broadway (Rte. 107) REVERE, for Marilyn E. (Kehoe) Carroll, who passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 2nd at Boston’s Massachusetts General Hospital. Her funeral will be conducted from the funeral home on Friday, June 7th at 9:30 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass in the Immaculate Conception Church (Corner of Beach St. &Winthrop Ave.) REVERE at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be private.
Born & raised in Revere, she lived here her entire lifetime and was a 1949 alumna of Revere High School. She was the mother of four (4) and spent her life as a dedicated wife, mom, grandmother, aunt & sister. Later in life, she would take a position with the election department for the city as a poll worker. She was a life-time member of Immaculate Conception Parish Community & and an active of the Revere Rosetti Seniors.
She was the beloved wife of the late Laurence R. Carroll, who passed away on January 29, 2015. She is the devoted mother of Patricia A. Edris & her husband, Christopher H. of Sandown, N.H., Laurence R. Carroll, Jr. & his wife, Marjorie J. of Lynnfield, Christine M. Masiello & her husband, Anthony C. Masiello of Revere & the late, Marilyn J. “Lynne” Carroll, who passed in August of 1999. She is the cherished grandmother to Larry Carroll & his companion, Sarah Cooper of Salem, N.H., Ryan Carroll of Lynnfield, Joshua Carroll & Michaela Carroll, both of Atkinson, N.H., Madison Masiello of Revere, Bradley C. Edris & his wife, Terra of Yorktown, Virginia & Leslie C. Sullivan & her husband, Michael of Salem, N.H. She is also lovingly survived by her four (4) great-grandchildren: Laurence R. Jr., Ashlynn, Lauren & Conor. Marilyn was the last of her fourteen (14) siblings. She was the daughter of the late Edward M. Kehoe & Mary (Hays) Kehoe. Many nieces, nephews, grandnieces & grandnephews also survive her.
We were very sorry to hear of Aunt Marilyn’s passing. Apologies that we could not make the services. Please accept our sincere condolences and we hope that your families are doing okay through this time. Best wishes, Bunny and Joe
So sorry to learnof Marilyn’s passing.
She was a customer of Walgreens when I worked there.
We had some nice conversations when she visited our store.
I wish her peace.
