Joe: I was deeply saddened to hear of your Mom’s passing. Since meeting her at youth hockey, I have remained friends with her. Playing games on facebook and sending gifts. I haven’t been well myself and am under the weather or I would have attended the services. She was a special person and was so proud of you! If you need to talk with someone always know I am here. Just incase you may have forgotten, I am Jimmy McCaron’s grandmother. Prayers and peace my friend.

A great lady from a great family. She had so much love for the people in her life and what a sense of humor. She made me laugh so many times when telling a story. Now she is in the arms of the man who adored her. Watch over us girl and be at peace.

I am sending my sincere sympathies and prayers to Joe and the family along with her many friends. I’m still in disbelief to hear this very unexpected news. I’ve worked with Mary at BCBS since she began 16 years ago. I truly enjoyed our conversations, and she was great to work with and learn from as well. She loved her family and always sharing a story about Joe. I will miss her, but its reassuring to know she is with her beloved husband once again.

Mary was an amazing woman and I am devastated by her passing. My sincere condolences to Joe and the entire family. I have been Mary”s hairdresser and friend for 36 years. We did a lot of laughing and some crying together over the years and even baptized our children together during a blizzard. I will forever cherish those memories. Rest In Peace my friend, I will miss you!❤️

We feel blessed that with all of the interest, the Vazza Family chose us to carry on their century old business and family name. We will become Vertuccio Smith & Vazza, Beechwood Home for Funerals. We will continue to honor the Vazza name and continue our commitment the same way that we always have. Our reputation has always been our biggest asset. For many years people always wanted us to have a larger facility, now our facility is the largest funeral home in the area. We will be making many beautiful upgrades to allow our families to have the most elegant facility to honor their loved one.
Although this announcement is bittersweet, as we say goodbye to our home, we are forever grateful for all of you for placing your constant faith and trust in us to care for your loved one. We will continue to do what we are best known for.
