    To Ralph and children-
So very sorry to hear about Mary’s passing. We feel terrible about this. She was so kind and thoughtful when we lost my parents sending food and checking in on Steve. We could not have asked for a more wonderful and caring neighbor. We are sorry we aren’t able to show our appreciation for her in person. Please know you are all in our hearts.

Mary- You are such a beautiful lady inside and out with a great sense of humor that we had the pleasure of getting to know. We can still picture you and Ralph sitting on Linda’s deck under the umbrella, eating cherries and drinking Dunkins coffee and keeping a watchful eye over the children in the pool and yard on the 4th of July. You will be greatly missed. Our condolences go out to the entire Forgione family. She was a wonderful woman, Love Sue and John Mello

You will be for ever missed Auntie. You were not just my aunt but my God Mother. We shared something special. When ever I would see you would ight up like a Christmas tree. That just showed me the love you had for me. I will never forget your sence of humor and how you could entertain us with your stories. The one thing I remember most is how you told them at the paper office I was 11 years old when I was only 10 so I could get my paper route. We often joked about that thru the years… I will miss you with all my heart may you rest in peace Auntie.

Your marriage to papa is such an amazing love story and I cannot wait to have a marriage as strong as yours. I could not be more proud to have your genes and have had so many amazing years with you. Rest in the sweetest peace, I love you nana

To all our families, friends, and residents of Revere, East Boston, and surrounding communities of the North Shore,

We would like to announce that after 37 years of caring for thousands of families at our 773 Broadway location, on January 31st, 2023 we will be officially RELOCATING, to our new location at 262 Beach St., Revere.
On September 30th, 2022, we proudly purchased the Vazza “Beechwood” Funeral Home – DiPietro and Vazza, Inc. A name that has served families for 102 years. We feel blessed that with all of the interest, the Vazza Family chose us to carry on their century old business and family name. We will become Vertuccio Smith & Vazza, Beechwood Home for Funerals. We will continue to honor the Vazza name and continue our commitment the same way that we always have. We also look forward to having both Louis Vazza and Jessica Vazza Ferragamo alongside of us, as we come together as one.
Our reputation has always been our biggest asset. For many years people always wanted us to have a larger facility, now our facility is the largest funeral home in the area. We will be making many beautiful upgrades to allow our families to have the most elegant facility to honor their loved one.
Although this announcement is bittersweet, as we say goodbye to our home, we are forever grateful for all of you for placing your constant faith and trust in us to care for your loved one. We will continue to do what we are best known for.
Thank you for your friendship and continued support.
God bless you all.
Faithfully,

Your friends at Vertuccio Smith and Vazza.
