MONAGLE, Mary Theresa “Tess” (Cunningham) In Revere, October 8, 2013, at 85 years, following a lengthy illness. The beloved wife of the late William Vincent “Vin” Monagle who passed on March 19, 2013. Devoted mother of William V. Monagle, Jr. & wife Margi of Lynnfield, Neal P. Monagle of Medford, Gavin P. Monagle & wife Janet of Middleton & Amy T. Monagle of Revere. Cherished grandmother of Patrick W. Monagle & wife Marissa of Reading, Bridget A. Monagle of Lynnfield, Gavin F., Daniel F. & Kaleigh F. Monagle all of Middleton. Dear sister of Francis X. Cunningham, Esq. of Revere & the late Margaret Cunningham, John A. Cunningham, Leo P. Cunningham, MD & Eileen C. Corey, RN. Also lovingly survived by her 2 great grandchildren, Grace E. & William J. Monagle both of Reading & 54 treasured nieces & nephews. Family & friends are invited to attend the Funeral from the Vertuccio & Smith Home for Funerals, 773 Broadway (Rt. 107) REVERE, on Saturday, October 12 at 9:30 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass in the Immaculate Conception Church (corner of Beach St. & Winthrop Ave.) Revere, at 10:30 a.m. Visiting hours are Friday only 3-7 p.m. Parking available left of the funeral home. Interment in Woodlawn Cemetery. Retired NYNEX Staff Supervisor of Human Resources. Past President of Immaculata Guild of Immaculate Conception Parish, member of the Revere Women’s Club, CAPIC Head Start Inaugural Program Team, member of the Board of Directors at the Telephone Pioneers of America & Commissioner for the Revere Parks & Recreation Dept. We feel blessed that with all of the interest, the Vazza Family chose us to carry on their century old business and family name. We will become Vertuccio Smith & Vazza, Beechwood Home for Funerals. We will continue to honor the Vazza name and continue our commitment the same way that we always have. We also look forward to having both Louis Vazza and Jessica Vazza Ferragamo alongside of us, as we come together as one.
Our reputation has always been our biggest asset. For many years people always wanted us to have a larger facility, now our facility is the largest funeral home in the area. We will be making many beautiful upgrades to allow our families to have the most elegant facility to honor their loved one.
Although this announcement is bittersweet, as we say goodbye to our home, we are forever grateful for all of you for placing your constant faith and trust in us to care for your loved one. We will continue to do what we are best known for.
