Marie, Deborah, Lauren, Kristen, Michael and families, nieces and nephews:
Anna Mae just passed along the sad news of Mildred’s passing. I know she was very sad to hear the news.
I want to express my sympathy on behalf of your MacLean cousins on Prince Edward Island. We were always so pleased to meet Mildred on her visits to PEI with Allen and Bernadette (Pike) and where they always visited her grandmother’s (Catherine MacLean Voss) home at East Point and stayed connected with her cousins Anna Mae (MacLean) Mullally and my dad’s family (Bernie Cheverie and others) -Know my aunts Rita and Marie want to pass along their sympathy as well – I was happy to have visited her in Revere a number of years ago and know she had a great love of family and had a great spirit. My deepest sympathy on behalf of all of us and please know you are always welcome to visit PEI. I hope you are comforted by many happy memories.
Your cousin,
Leo Cheverie
(grandson of Mamie (MacLean) Cheverie
Dear Marie and Deborah,
Ruth and I were so sorry to hear about the passing of Aunt Mildred.
She lived a long and wonderful life and was always very proud of the two of you.
I’m just glad we got to spend some time with her, over the last few years, culminating with Marilyn and Gordie’s 50th Anniversary party.
We will all miss her very much.
Love, Bill and Ruth
Dear Marie, Deborah, Lauren, Kristen and Michael,
Please accept my deepest heartfelt condolences for your loss. I have so many happy memories of Aunt Mildred that I will cherish forever.
I am so happy that she was able to visit us last summer. That visit now has an even more special place in my heart.
I was blessed to have her as my Aunt.
