The couple began their life together in Revere, it was there that they raised their family together. Immediately after high school, Peter began a career in the Furniture Upholstery Business. He owned & operated his business for over 30 years. During that time, his business sustained a fire and from that point forward he operated the business from his home. Peter will always be remembered as a dedicated, hard working family man. He also worked a 2nd job for Baybank, as a courier that spanned over 25 years, until they closed. In his retirement he enjoyed traveling with his wife to Hawaii, Las Vegas, Bermuda, Florida and the many trips to Foxwoods. Although he traveled to many destinations, his favorite place to be was with his family. He enjoyed spending as much time with them as possible.

Peter,
Difficult times like you are currently experiencing can be very painful to overcome. I hope God will give you the strength to deal with your sorrow. Please accept my sincerest condolences for your loss. I just found out that your father passed away and want you to know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.
Although I did not know your father I am conscious of how important he meant to you and your family. However, hearing stories about your father from people who knew him made me realize what an exceptional human being he was. Ralph Waldo Emerson wrote an extremely insightful yet simple adage. He said,” The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree”. Now I understand where your unique qualities and savant comes from. They are inherited from your father. I want you to know that your father’s legacy will never be forgotten because it will live through you in perpetuity.
So always try to recall the pleasant memories that you had with your father. Hopefully those memories might be the cynosure to cause you to smile again. I and my family extend our deepest sympathies to you and your lovely family during this period of mourning.
Your friend always Jerry Cifuni, teacher RHS.
