Raul A. Andino

Family & friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Monday, April 20th from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the Vertuccio & Smith Andino, RaulHome for Funerals 773 Broadway (Route 107) Revere for Raul A. Andino, who passed away on April 17th at the Eastpointe Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Chelsea at 84 years. A funeral will be conducted from the funeral home on Tuesday, April 21st at 9:30 a.m. Followed by a funeral mass in Immaculate Conception Church, Corner of Beach St. and Winthrop Ave., Revere at 10:30 a.m.

 

Born and raised in El Salvador, Mr. Andino worked as an accountant for Hydro-Electron- ICS of El Salvador for over 25 years. He and his late wife, Rosa de Andino, came to the USA in 1998, settling in Houston, Texas. After his wife’s death in 2006, he came to live in Revere with his daughter, Rosa in 2007. For over 7 years, Mr. Andino was an active member of the Rossetti Senior Center, forging many new and loving relationships and friendships among the staff and other seniors. His demeanor was always constant and welcoming.

 

He is the devoted husband of the late Rosa de Andino. Loving father of Rosa O. Andrade and her husband Guillermo of Revere and Carlos A. Andino and his wife Matilde of Houston, Texas. Cherished grandfather of Laura V. Sanchez of Revere, Tomas A. Sanchez and his wife Hong G. Lam – Sanchez of Houston, Texas, Hugo E. Sanchez of Revere and Veronica Andino of Houston, Texas. Adored great grandfather of Marcus R. Haywood and Thomas A. Sanchez. Also survived by many family members in El Salvador. Interment will be private.

On September 30th, 2022, we proudly purchased the Vazza “Beechwood” Funeral Home – DiPietro and Vazza, Inc. A name that has served families for 102 years. We feel blessed that with all of the interest, the Vazza Family chose us to carry on their century old business and family name. We will become Vertuccio Smith & Vazza, Beechwood Home for Funerals. We will continue to honor the Vazza name and continue our commitment the same way that we always have. We also look forward to having both Louis Vazza and Jessica Vazza Ferragamo alongside of us, as we come together as one.
Our reputation has always been our biggest asset. For many years people always wanted us to have a larger facility, now our facility is the largest funeral home in the area. We will be making many beautiful upgrades to allow our families to have the most elegant facility to honor their loved one.
Although this announcement is bittersweet, as we say goodbye to our home, we are forever grateful for all of you for placing your constant faith and trust in us to care for your loved one. We will continue to do what we are best known for.
