I knew Rich for over 20 years, as my ABB co-worker and then my customer at MWRA. I was very sad to hear of his passing, my condolences to his family and friends.
To Joellen, Bianca and the Citino Family;
I was shocked when I received the news on Monday, regarding Rich. I am so sorry for your loss, my sympathies goes out to all. I work in the same department with Richard – very nice individual. Remember he is still with us in our hearts and memory. God Bless
