Timothy M. Foley

Family & friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Sunday, June 17th, 2012 from 5 – 8 p.m. in the Vertuccio & Smith Home for Funerals, 773 Broadway (Route 107), Revere, for Timothy M. Foley, who died unexpectedly on Friday, June 8th at his Revere home, at 52 years.  Born in Winthrop, he was raised in Everett & Revere.  A funeral service will be held in the Funeral Home on Monday, June 18th at 11 a.m., followed by interment in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.  A painter by trade, he worked for Local #35 & was a member of the International Union of Paint & Allied Trades. He also worked as a Driver for “The Ride” & as a custodian for Suffolk Downs.  He is the beloved husband of Elizabeth M. (Kozlowski) of Everett & the devoted son of Avery F. Foley of Coconut Creek, Florida & the late Helen L. (Laurenson) Foley.  He is the Dear brother of Patricia A. Lauren-Magrath of Revere, Kathleen Mack of Naples, FL, John Foley & his wife Eloise of Chelsea, & the late: Joyce A. Brandano & Daniel Foley.  He is also lovingly survived by his companion, Kimberly Harol of Revere, & his surrogate daughter, Stephanie A. Dillon & her husband Michael of West Yarmouth, MA, & many cousins, nieces & nephews.  In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to your favorite charity.

We feel blessed that with all of the interest, the Vazza Family chose us to carry on their century old business and family name. We will become Vertuccio Smith & Vazza, Beechwood Home for Funerals. We will continue to honor the Vazza name and continue our commitment the same way that we always have. We also look forward to having both Louis Vazza and Jessica Vazza Ferragamo alongside of us, as we come together as one.
Our reputation has always been our biggest asset. For many years people always wanted us to have a larger facility, now our facility is the largest funeral home in the area. We will be making many beautiful upgrades to allow our families to have the most elegant facility to honor their loved one.
Although this announcement is bittersweet, as we say goodbye to our home, we are forever grateful for all of you for placing your constant faith and trust in us to care for your loved one. We will continue to do what we are best known for.
