I met Jim on my very first day at CoreSite in September 2013 and he was like another uncle to me. We would talk about any subject from work, family life, sports and how Boston has changed in the past 30 yrs. Jim was always upbeat and cheerful no matter the situation and I admired that about him. Even though Jim was battling cancer he would always ask about how my wife was doing (My wife developed brain cancer in 2016 and passed in June 2017) and I will always cherish that. Jim was never one to complain about what was going on with his battle. I, along with the BO1 team at CoreSite will miss Jim dearly. Please keep smiling in heaven Jim and my condolences to his family and close friends.
With a heavy hear,

This neighborhood will never be the same without you. I will treasure our friendship forever and all the laughs you gave us. R.I.P. my friend the only cancelation is that your suffering is over but we will miss you terribly. I love you so much and you will stay in my heart forever. Until we meet again my sweet friend. Love Nancy❤️
Dear Jim,
You were always the smile no matter what was happening. You had an infectious wonderful attitude and I treasure our Back Bay days of the 80s.
Mary, thoughts are with you during this most difficult time.
