Dolores loved to dance, especially “Ballroom Dancing”, that was her favorite. She was blessed when she met her husband, at the Wonderland Ballroom, doing what she loved. She remained in Revere to raise her family. She was a proud mother and wife. Her priority was always taking care of her children. She began to work at the Continental Restaurant as a waitress, a job that would span four decades. She retired at the age of 79 years old. Dolores didn’t look at it as “work”, she did it to “socialize”. I just learned of Dolores’ passing and I would like to express my thoughts with her family. Back in September of 1980, Dolores trained me at The Continental. I was always grateful for her willingness to share her expertise with me. She even gave me a ride to and from work when my car was being repaired. May she rest in Heavenly peace.
May your many fond memories of Dolores bring you comfort during this hard time in your life. Look back on all the good memories you were able to have and smile at the fact that you were able to share these before she passed away. Our hearts and prayers go out to you and your family. At this difficult time in your life, we pray that God will grant you the serenity and peace that you need to get through this. Stay strong and know that you are remembered in our thoughts and prayers.
