I am so thankful for the time we shared in Florida last year – what a special, special gift that was. We will miss Aunt Lorraine but I can only imagine the celebration going on in Heaven. I send my love, thoughts and prayers to the family.
-but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven… for where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. -Matthew 6:20-21
She was a wonderful and welcoming person who had amazing strength yet such grace. I am lucky to have known here….
Shared years of Eucharistic visits to Grandma Brondson and met numerous members of the family. Lorraine was a loving daughter to her mother, a “fun” grandmother to her granddaughter, Jacqueline, and a devoted mother to the children I met during those years. May God now bless her with His peace and love!
I was lucky enough to call her “family” through marriage! She always brought joy to all she met…what an uplifting spirit! Aunt Lorraine, we will miss you, but enjoy the family reunion! I wish I could be there to say goodbye, but sending Kerry to represent our Omaha crew. I will miss your laughter!
Susan, Bill, David, Irish (June), and family – I’m so sorry for your loss. You all are in our prayers.
One of the first memories I have of Aunt Lorraine is when I was a child and she tucked me into bed that first night when we moved into the house in Georgetown and the memories continued right up to our last telephone conversation two days before she passed. And there were many many memories in between. With all the hardships she endured in her life, she never failed to make people smile and she showed such compassion for the people she loved. Susan and David my prayers are with you during this most difficult time.
Grandma, it’s Bonnie. I only wish I got to spend more time with you. I am greatfull you got to know my children and they spent time with you at your home. I love you, you’re in my prayers and I know your with your family that passed before you. ♥
She was an amazing woman. Anyone who was lucky enough to know her should feel lucky.
God bless Lorraine; May she rest in peace.
