Marjorie E. (O’Hara) Robertson

Family & friends are invited to attend a visitation on Saturday June 6 from 1-3 p.m., in the Vertuccio & Smith Home for Funerals, Robertson. Marjorie773 Broadway (Rte 107) REVERE, for Marjorie E. (O’Hara) Robertson, who died unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 19th at her Middleborough home. Her funeral service will follow the visitation on Saturday in the funeral home at 3:15 p.m.

Mrs. Robertson just passed 3 months & 3 days following the death of her beloved husband of 61 years, James F. “Sonny” Robertson (Feb. 5, 2015), who was a retired Revere Firefighter. Born and raised in Revere, she was a graduate of Revere High School, Class of 1951. All of her life she was a Revere resident, until she and her late husband left Revere to live with her devoted daughter & son-in-law, Patrica L. Cautillo & her husband Alphonse A. of Middleborough. She is the cherished grandmother of Christopher J. Cautillo of Smithfield RI & Robert J. Cautillo & his wife Sara of Franklin MA. She is also the dear sister of F. Phyllis McLaughlin & her husband Robert F. of Revere & the late Dorothy O’Hara, Helen Botta, Mary Racca & John O’Hara. She is also lovingly survived by many nieces & nephews. Interment will be private.

We feel blessed that with all of the interest, the Vazza Family chose us to carry on their century old business and family name. We will become Vertuccio Smith & Vazza, Beechwood Home for Funerals. We will continue to honor the Vazza name and continue our commitment the same way that we always have. We also look forward to having both Louis Vazza and Jessica Vazza Ferragamo alongside of us, as we come together as one.
Our reputation has always been our biggest asset. For many years people always wanted us to have a larger facility, now our facility is the largest funeral home in the area. We will be making many beautiful upgrades to allow our families to have the most elegant facility to honor their loved one.
Although this announcement is bittersweet, as we say goodbye to our home, we are forever grateful for all of you for placing your constant faith and trust in us to care for your loved one. We will continue to do what we are best known for.
