Mary C. “Tina” (Pace) Adreani

Family & friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Monday, March 19th, (the Feast of St. Joseph) from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., in the Vertuccio & Smith, Home for Funerals, 773 Broadway (Route 107) for Mary C. “Tina” (Pace) Adreani, who passed after a valiant battle with Hypertensive Heart Diesease on Thursday, March 15th at her Revere residence. Her funeral will be conducted from the funeral home on Tuesday, March 20th at 9:30 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass in the Immaculate Conception Church (Corner of Beach St. & Winthrop Ave.) REVERE, at 10:30 a.m., immediately followed by interment in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.

She was born & raised in South Boston, until the family moved to East Boston in the late 1930s. She is an alumna of East Boston High School, Class of 1945. Early in her life, she worked in the garment industry as a seamstress, in Boston’s Garment District. In 1949, she married Louis M. Adreani, also of East Boston, and the couple would move to Revere in 1958. Louis passed in January of 1987. “Tina” was already, then, the mother of eight (8) children. Tina possessed a naivete of worldliness that was gentle and loving, always in concern of the welfare of others, especially her large family.

She is the cherished and treasured mother to Richard L. Adreani & his wife Myrna, Cynthia A. Penta & her late husband Ward 1 Revere City Councillor, Richard A. Penta, Sheila L. Vassallo & her husband, Frank, Raymond B. Adreani & his wife, Loretta, Louis M. Adreani, Jr. & his wife, Karen, all of Revere, Gail C. Forte & her husband, Anthony of Kissimmee, Florida, Domenic A. Adreani & Mark D. Adreani & his wife, Laura, all of Revere. She is also the adored grandmother to 16 grandchildren & 11 great grandchildren. She is the dear sister to Grace M. LoGrasso of East Boston & the late Joseph, Frank, Michael, Salvatore & Rose Pace. She is also lovingly survived by many faithful nieces, nephews, grand-nieces & grand-nephews.

Tuesday, March 20th at 10:30 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Church, Revere

Interment

Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Restoration Fund at Immaculate Conception Parish Community, 22 Sewall St., Revere, MA 02151

We will continue to honor the Vazza name and continue our commitment the same way that we always have. We also look forward to having both Louis Vazza and Jessica Vazza Ferragamo alongside of us, as we come together as one.
Our reputation has always been our biggest asset. For many years people always wanted us to have a larger facility, now our facility is the largest funeral home in the area. We will be making many beautiful upgrades to allow our families to have the most elegant facility to honor their loved one.
Although this announcement is bittersweet, as we say goodbye to our home, we are forever grateful for all of you for placing your constant faith and trust in us to care for your loved one. We will continue to do what we are best known for.
