Rose M. (Sarcia) Perrotta
Family & friends are invited to attend a funeral from the Vertuccio & Smith Home for Funerals, 773 Broadway (Rte 107) REVERE, on Friday, February 26th at 9:30 a.m., for Rose M. (Sarcia) Perrotta, who died following a brief illness on Sunday, February 21st at the Lighthouse Nursing Care Center. A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. followed by interment in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
Born & raised in Revere, she lived here, her entire life of 100 years. Mrs. Perrotta celebrated her one hundred years, with a large reception and party, attended my family, extended family and many of Revere’s finest political personages of the day, at Lighthouse Nursing Care Center, where she made her home for the past three years. Rose was a strong personality, and enjoyed her time at the ALMY’s DEPARTMENT STORE AT NORTHGATE Shopping Center as a salesperson in the in the HomeGoods Department, for several years, before retirement.
Her beloved husband, Frank Perrotta, passed on March 5,1982. She is the devoted mother of, Nicholas F. Perrotta & Robert M. Perrotta both of Revere & Mary A. Bacigalupo & her husband, Walter L. of Naples, Maine, formerly of Revere. She is also lovingly survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren & many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces & grand-nephews. She was the dear sister of the late, Charles & Joseph Sarcia “Helen Manuele, Domenica Rastellini and Olga Dusevitch.

Nick My most heartfelt condolences in the loss of your beloved Rosie. She couldn’t have had a better son than you if she designed you herself. You were there for her every step of the way, through every good time and each obstacle. To which she overcame many obstacle’s better than any of us could ever hope to. She had a very extended life due to you and care she got up at the Lighthouse….God Bless You & The Staff. May Rosie now RIP and be with her loved one’s who’ve been waiting a very long time to see her again. xo
